We very much enjoyed the design of the house, the amazing views, the sculptures in the garden, the swimming pool was great and the water lovely and cool in it. We had a very relaxing time.\u00a0Our best trip was to Zuheros. Carcabuey was quiet and very calming and was lovely to go to.\u00a0We were very happy and there was nothing we would change.\u00a0All the best<\/p>\n

We really really had a great time! The house is just magnificent, we loved the furniture, everything really in the house and of course the pool. We never had a salt water swimmingpool, but loved it. Carcabuey and Priego de Cordoba are nice towns nearby, for breakfast or dinner.
\nWe especially appreciated it a lot that you welcomed us last minute on a Sunday night! We really hope to come back one day.<\/p>\n

We all absolutely adored the house. The house itself is beautiful, the setting is amazing. The air conditioning was perfect (and very necessary!) and the pool was glorious. We loved the location as it allowed us to see Cordoba and Seville and Montilla along with other amazing areas. It\u2019s hard to imagine how it could be much better. The hammocks, the shady places for people tired of the sun, the vegetable garden: these were all wonderful. The only thing that wasn\u2019t perfect was that it seems there isn\u2019t any longer a market on Sunday in Carcabuey. I may have misunderstood the woman I asked but she said (I think) that it doesn\u2019t happen any longer.\u00a0But we found everything else in your very helpful notes.<\/p>\n

Absolutely beautiful location. Exceptional contemporary clean and peaceful setting. The pictures not only illustrate the wonderful setting and facilities but they are enhanced in reality. Isolated and yet close to cycling and walking countryside and Carcabuey and Prego easy driving distances for authentic meals out. Any minor problems encountered were quickly resolved. Virtually Equidistant location for C\u00f3rdoba, Granada & Seville. We loved it<\/p>\n

I would like to thank everyone that organised our holiday at the Ermita Del Carmen, really fantastic villa and great location, it was so good to be in rural Spain and not the normal holiday area’s. We are already looking at booking for next year.<\/p>\n

Thank you very much. We all enjoyed our stay very much and found it very relaxing. The Villa is fantastic and there is very little we could think of to make it any better. It was also great to have the bikes available and we cycled into Carcabuey several times.<\/p>\n

Thank you for your e-mail. We had a very enjoyable stay in Carcabuey and thought the villa was very comfortable and relaxing. You were particularly helpful and we loved the fresh vegetables from the garden. The pool was amazing as was the view!<\/p>\n

\nWe had a great time and are very sad to leave Andaluc\u00eda…home now with 17\u00b0 and rain! The house was great and very comfortable. The kids loved it! The rest was all good and we wished we could come back soon!.<\/p>\n

We had a fabulous stay at Ermita del Carmen. What a beautiful setting and a lovely home. If possible, it was even more lovely than the photos promised. The setting also offered more shade than I expected which was welcome with the hot sun. We did enjoy day trips to Granada and Cordoba (and an unfortunate trip to the hospital in Cabra\u2013 but glad to have had the information you provided on where to go!) \u2013 but mostly we didn\u2019t want to leave. The house was so comfortable and set up to make it very easy to relax. We loved the ability to grill too. The house has everything you need without been stuffed with things you don\u2019t need or furnishings that make you worry with younger ones around. My husband, 17 year old son and brother in law also did a lot of cycling in the area which they loved. Every detail was well accounted for and we wanted for nothing. I have already and will continue to share the beautiful place with friends I know and hope that we might be able to return sometime in the future. Thank you, thank you for everything.<\/p>\n

The villa was brilliant. Yes, the weather was hot but being from Australia we loved it. The time went to quickly. The village of Carcabuey was a great host, people friendly and facilities more than adequate. My brother-in-law who joined us is an architect and he commented very favourably on some of the functionality that had been incorporated into the villa. The screens, the sails, the large windows, the various settings in the gardens to sit and read as well as the veggie garden.<\/p>\n
